If you are having issues:

1. You are unable to log into Glossop Points in the pop up

Click on the your account icon on the main website, and log out of your account. Then re-log back in using the 'Sign in with Shop' log in - not the email log in. It should have refreshed your balance in the Glossop Points pop up.
2. You can't see your points from the old website

You may need to sign up to a Shop account on this new website. Click the account top right, sign out, then sign back in using 'Sign in with Shop' not the email. Once signed up with the same email address from the old website, it should display your previous points balance. If not, get in touch at Sales@GlossopPicknMix.co.uk as we have a full record of everyones point balances from before the switch.
3. How do you redeem your points

Click on the Glossop Points / Rewards button, bottom left of your screen. Click Redeem Points, that will give you a list of available vouchers to redeem your points against. Choose the value you would like to redeem, then apply to your cart.
